Buyer guide
Source inventory from verified suppliers and get it delivered in Lagos.
Step 1
Create an account
Sign up as a buyer, then complete your profile so we can match you with verified suppliers in Lagos.
Step 2
Browse the catalogue
Open Products, filter by category, and compare unit prices from wholesalers, manufacturers, and FMCG brands.
Step 3
Place an order
Add items to your cart, confirm quantity and delivery details, then pay at checkout. You will get order confirmation by email and SMS.
Step 4
Track and receive
Follow status in My Orders. Delivery timing depends on your corridor, vendor readiness, and dispatch.
Seller guide
List your catalogue, fulfil orders, and receive payouts.
Step 1
Apply to sell
Use Become a Merchant, create a seller account, and submit your business details. Review typically takes 24–48 hours.
Step 2
Add products
From the seller dashboard, add titles, prices, stock, and images. Products are reviewed before they go live.
Step 3
Fulfil orders
When an order comes in, prepare the goods and update status. Carryofy coordinates pickup and delivery in active Lagos corridors.
Step 4
Request payouts
Link a Nigerian bank account in Settings. Earnings become available for withdrawal 7 days after delivery.

Corridors we serve today
Carryofy currently operates across Lagos corridors including Yaba, Surulere, and Lekki/Ajah. We expand corridor by corridor.

How tracking works
Each confirmed order has a tracking number. Open My Orders or Track an Order to see live status updates.
Step 3
If something is delayed
Check the order page first. If the status is stuck, contact support@carryofy.com with your order number.

How buyers pay
Checkout accepts cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer, USSD, and mobile money. Payments are processed securely.
Step 2
How sellers get paid
Commission is deducted per sale. View the breakdown in Earnings, then request a payout to your linked bank account.
Step 3
Returns and refunds
Most items can be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging. Refunds typically land in 3–5 business days after approval.
